When is the Exhibit Hall open?

Monday, August 7, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Exclusive Hours – 4.00)

Tuesday, August 8, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Exclusive Hours – 3.50)

What is included in my booth package?

  • Exhibit space
  • Complimentary basic listing on website & conference app
  • Two (2) exhibit badges per 10 x 10 and booth staff registrations, as needed
  • Booth amenities:
    • 8′ high back drape & 3′ high side rails (Inline booths only)
    • One (1)  7″ x 44″ exhibitor company ID sign (black & white)
    • Daily aisle cleaning
    • 24-hour perimeter security from move-in to move-out
  • Access to the exhibitor lounge, featuring complimentary refreshments and afternoon snacks
  • Access to the Opening General Session, professional development tracks and APCO Block Party
  • Unlimited complimentary expo-only invites for customers

What is not included in my booth package?

  • Booth carpeting (required for all exhibitors)
  • Furniture rental
  • Audio-visual equipment
  • Electrical, phone, catering, lead retrieval and internet/WiFi service
  • Material handling, installation, and dismantling of booth
  • Cleaning service for booth space
  • Security of individual booth, etc.

Do APCO members receive a discount on exhibit fees?

Yes, if your organization joins as a Commercial Group Member. Commercial Group Members receive a 7% rebate on exhibit booth spaces regardless of size if reserved and paid for in its entirety by December 31 for the year preceding the annual conference. Spaces reserved but not paid in full by December 31 would  be eligible for a 3% discount.

Commercial Group Members get a 3% discount on exhibit booth spaces regardless of size if reserved and paid for after December 31 of the previous year and up until the July 1 before the start of conference.

I am an exhibitor. How many badges do I receive?

As an exhibitor you will receive two (2) exhibitor registrations per 10 x 10 booth space with additional booth staff registration as needed. Lunch credits are not included. Lunch may be purchased in the exhibit hall.

What is the difference between exhibitor registration with conference bag and exhibitor registration without conference bag?

Exhibitor registrations with conference bag include a conference bag and exhibitor registrations without conference bag do not.

As an exhibitor, what can I attend?

Exhibitors have access to all professional development tracks, the Opening General Session (Monday) and the APCO Block Party (Tuesday evening) by displaying an exhibitor badge.

How and when do exhibitors register for badges?

Exhibitors (both badge types) can register booth staff by logging into APCO 2023 Exhibitor Central and clicking on the “Register your booth staff” task starting on May 1, 2023.

What can my family do while they are in Nashville?

There are many things to do while in Anaheim. Go to www.visitmusiccity.com to plan your trip. APCO also will be listing activities on this website.

How can I obtain a press list?

How can I obtain the APCO 2023 Pre- and Post-Attendee Lists?

You can not obtain the lists due to APCO’s data privacy policy changes and GDPR, but APCO can send an email out to registered attendees through a third party vendor. Check out this option in the Exhibitor Portal to get more information and pricing.

How do I become an APCO 2023 sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are open to all companies whether they are exhibitors or not.. APCO 2023 sponsorship and advertising opportunities will open to all on January 3, 2023.

Do I receive priority points for being an APCO sponsor, Commercial Group member or PSC or APCO online advertiser?

Yes, you will receive 1 priority point for every $2,500 spent on APCO event sponsorships.

Commercial Group members receive 1 priority point for each membership level.

PSC and APCO online advertisers receive .5 point for every $2,500 spent.

How can I advertise in the onsite APCO 2023 Show Daily?

How can I upload a press release? 

For 2023, exhibitors who invest in a 2-, 3- or 4-star Booth Upgrades will have the opportunity to include two to four press releases, based on upgrade level. To see all the benefits associated with a Booth Upgrade, log into your Exhibitor Portal to view the flyer in the Exhibitor Toolkit.

How can I purchase tickets for social networking events on-site?

Social networking event tickets can be purchased through the exhibitor registration system. Exhibitors can purchase tickets to the Distinguished Achievers Breakfast (Tuesday), Food for Thought Luncheon (Wednesday) and the Connect & Celebrate Dinner (Wednesday). Exhibitors only need their exhibitor badge for entry into the Block Party. No additional tickets can be bought to the Block Party this year.

When does attendee pre-registration close?

Earlybird registration ends July 8, 2023. After that, registration is available online or on-site at an increased amount.

Can I use the APCO 2023 logo?

Yes, the APCO 2023 logo is available for download in the Exhibitor Portal under the Exhibitor Toolkit. Please read the guidelines for appropriate use.

Can I use the APCO 2023 exhibitor social media badges?

Yes, you can find them in the Exhibitor Portal.

If I upload my logo, is it automatically included with my online profile?

The logo is only included in your profile if you purchase a Booth Upgrade. With the Booth Upgrade, your logo will also be included on your booth, in your company’s online booth profile and in the mobile app.

What is included in the Basic Exhibitor Listing?

Basic exhibitor listings include exhibitor name, booth number, web address, 25-word description, 50-word description and three searchable product categories. Information about Booth Upgrades will be found in the Exhibitor Portal.

APCO International does not support the Expo-Guide or Fair Guide—it is not affiliated with APCO International and is not one of APCO’s approved service providers.  If you have complaints about these companies and want to register your complaint, click here. This website was set up originally to deal with the European City Guides, but it now addresses the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide, as well as several other similar matters.

Hotel Advisory
APCO International’s official housing company is Orchid Event Solutions. Should you receive calls or emails from other housing companies, please know that they are not associated with APCO International and reservations made through those vendors cannot be guaranteed. Some other companies who are known to aggressively approach exhibitors are entirely fraudulent, misleading exhibitors with false information and rates, and taking deposits for rooms that do not exist. If you are contacted by another housing or travel company you suspect may be fraudulent, please notify us.

As APCO 2023 planning begins, you may receive solicitations from publications and vendors that are not affiliated with APCO International. Please be advised that APCO does not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is securely provided to APCO Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show-related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information from the Internet. APCO partners with select vendors to produce our premiere conference and expo and can intervene on your behalf if any customer service issues arise.
