What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?

Nashville is country music capitol of the world so the guitar represents that and the headset over the APCO globe represents our dispatch community.

What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?

Nashville, TN is known for its history and current thriving music scene. Additionally, it offers a unique blend of history, culture, food, and outdoor activities that makes it a special and exciting place to visit. This culture and my love for music is what inspired my design. I wanted to create something fun that would pay homage to the city’s rich culture, while honoring the thousands of communication professionals that will paint the town with a thin gold line… turning the “Music City” into “Dispatch City”!

What inspired your design? And how does it fit the criteria?
The main design is a guitar pick to represent the importance of country music in Nashville. It’s not uncommon in Nashville to see someone on their way to their next gig with a guitar strapped on their back with a pocket full of picks. The music staff is filled with headsets, to represent dispatchers keeping the harmony. The skyline of Nashville represents the city and some of their standout architecture. The two guitar necks at the bottom represent coming together as one, as we will at the conference.
